My 24 year old 330 Cummings overheated and they could not find the part needed to fix it. Their amazing technician was able to find a way to fix the leak and get me home safe. They are looking for the actual part I need and I will drive 2 hours back to get them to put it in because I TRUST THEM. Thank you for your service.

Absolute Best Service and Price you will get in this area. Im an Owner Op with a 2018 Freightliner. If you are like me needing work done on your truck in this area, i recommend you making this your first stop and talk with Service Manager Rafael ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolute 5 stars for the Harrisburg Fleet Pride service center. I am traveling with my Just fully serviced Motorhome. Ran into a significant fuel leak. Made it to their shop ,walked in without an appointment. They sent a technician outside to diagnose it on the ground in the parking lot. The problem was my newly installed water separator filter was installed with wrong O-ring. They replaced the filter and O-ring and had me back on my trip. They also charged me half of what the dealership charged me to do it wrong. if you are traveling and in need of RV or truck service in their area I would highly recommend them. I will also be sharing this on RV sites as well.

The towing guys were cool but the shop took two weeks of me being in a hotel to fix something that should only take a few days at max. No one called me to tell me my truck was ready. Communication should be key in any business. It was a bit frustrating because when our wheels ain’t turning we ain’t earning. But they fixed it finally and I’m rolling

I had an amazing experience at fleetpride. A driver turned across the front of my truck and did some serious cosmetic damage to my hood and bumper that made it illegal and out of dot compliance. Mike and Brian were able to fabricate some sheet metal to reattach my headlight and peice my hood back together. They used some ingenuity to straighten my bumper and found a similar mirror to match... overall great experience. It was fast, convenient, and considering everything they did, not that expensive. They made my truck road worthy again until I can get a replacement hood ordered. Way to go body shop guys!!!
